Founded in 1981, Asal Bina Sdn Bhd is a registered building and civil engineering contractor, fully Bumiputera-owned and managed by a committed and experienced team. With a paid-up capital of RM1.2 million, the company has built a steady reputation in delivering construction works across both public and private sectors.
Over the years, we have completed a wide range of projects including housing developments, shopping centres, academic buildings, health clinics, industrial plants, infrastructure works and other civil engineering projects. Many of these were undertaken as main contractor for federal and state agencies, as well as private corporate clients.
Beyond conventional contracting, Asal Bina also participates in joint ventures with clients for selected residential and commercial developments, allowing us to extend our involvement beyond construction delivery.
